Basically, if you can press on a button or turn a dial, you can do this (obviously, I’m talking about the blender – which - by the way - should be glass if you’re using ice-cubes).
Again, as with most my recipes, this one can be adapted to your taste: if you’re watching your carb and fat intake, use skimmed milk and sweetener. Alternatively, add more ice-cream, sugar or whipped cream if you’re feeling naughtier - come on, I dare ya!

Tried & Tasted Recipe
- 250 gr. / ½ pound fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 5 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 big scoops vanilla ice cream
- 200 ml / about a cup of milk
- Optional: whipped cream
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into tall glasses.
Add a dollop of whipped cream.
Serve immediately.
