Fresh Strawberry Milkshake

  Here’s a recipe that is so good, so refreshing and oh so easy!
Basically, if you can press on a button or turn a dial, you can do this (obviously, I’m talking about the blender – which - by the way - should be glass if you’re using ice-cubes).
Again, as with most my recipes, this one can be adapted to your taste: if you’re watching your carb and fat intake, use skimmed milk and sweetener. Alternatively, add more ice-cream, sugar or whipped cream if you’re feeling naughtier - come on, I dare ya!

Tried & Tasted Recipe
  • 250 gr. / ½ pound fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 big scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 200 ml  / about a cup of milk
  • Optional: whipped cream
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into tall glasses. 
Add a dollop of whipped cream.
Serve immediately.
